Common Thread Community Farm

Chris was born and raised in Cleveland, OH. No stranger to the lake effect snows. Last year he was the Assistant Manager at Brookfield Farm, an Organic/Biodynamic farm in Amherst, MA. For the past five years he has assisted with management of three Organic CSA's in the pioneer valley of western Massachusetts. He is looking forward to a great year full of new faces and veggies.

Amy Brown was born and raised in Chickasha, Oklahoma, and has lived in western Massachusetts for the past 5 years until she realized Central New York is actually her home. Prior to becoming a full time farmer she was a mental health counselor in an after-school program in Northampton, MA. She is super excited for the 2008 growing season and for getting kiddos involved on the farm!

Ellie is a fun loving, carrot eating border collie and will be 2 years old in June. She is excited to meet new pals, play in the creek, and sunbathe. We can't believe she actually posed for this picture.
